The Hive
Antique and ancient jewellery is a forever inspiration for us - we love to take an age old design and reimagine it with a modern eye.
Wax seals and signets actually hold so many stories and give us a lot of information about individual people and families that lived hundreds and thousands of years ago. It tells of balances of power and an enduring human need for connection and identity.
We've hand carved these pendants from molten wax keeping all the wobbly liquid curves that are the unique beauty of a wax seal, adding a little decoration to the edges.
Bees have a long history of symbolism in many cultures often representing hard work, industry and community.
The Hive symbolises humanity's continuing need for connection to community.
