looking for something designed and crafted just for you?

Fancy a completely one of a kind jewellery piece? Maybe a specific design, with lots of meaningful details for a special someone?

Or perhaps you like one of our existing designs, but in a different size, colour or material?

Feel free to get in touch with us! We would love to hear your ideas and create something super special, either for you or a loved one.

Further down this page, we included some questions so we can get a better idea of your project. No problem if you don't have answers for all of them, we're here to help!

We do have a particular style and we will only work on a jewellery piece we feel we can deliver for you. So please don’t be offended if we can’t take on your custom request.

How much does a custom/bespoke order cost?

The cost for a bespoke order will vary depending on the size of your design, its complexity as well as the choice of materials used.

When discussing a potential bespoke order, we will always ask you about the budget you have in mind, and advise you accordingly. We want this process to be very transparent and truly tailored to you.

Once the design and choice of materials have been agreed on, we will provide you with a quote. Please note that precious metal prices fluctuate on a daily basis and small variations are to be expected between quotes.

How long will it take to create my bespoke piece?

Once a  bespoke design and its quote have been agreed on, the production can take anywhere between 3 and 15 weeks. Much like with the pricing, the size and complexity will affect how long it takes. The more finishes and details you add to your jewellery piece (like plating, gemstones, engraving), the longer it will take to produce.

We work with other craftsmen (such as casting and plating companies), hence why leadtimes may vary. We will always do our best to manage expectations and give you what we feel is a realistic leadtime.

How precisely can I design the piece?

The more information you provide us with, the more personal we can make your jewellery piece. We encourage you to forward us any inspiring images or designs, as well as any potential sketches you made (don't worry, we're not here to judge! Hehe). Share with us your jewellery style, so we can get a better idea of what you're looking for.

However, please note that whilst we're happy to receive photos of other jewellery as examples of what you'd like, we will always make sure to stay true to our own aesthetic. We're not here to reproduce jewellery by other designers.

Will I see the piece at different stages?

We love to share the process (and the magic) of jewellery making. So if you're interested in us sharing photos and videos of your jewellery piece at different stages, please do let us know! We'd love to!

Do I have to pay upfront?

Once we've agreed on a quote, we will require an upfront payment of 50% deposit, to cover for the material and casting costs. The remaining balance is due on completion of the piece.

The only exception is for solid gold pieces. For solid gold pieces, we will require the casting cost to be fully paid upfront.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, regrettably we cannot accept any refunds or returns on these pieces.

What is the overall process for custom orders?

1. First step is to get in touch using the form below! Give us as many details as you can <3

2. Once you've completed the form, we will be in touch within the next few days, to discuss your project further. We might ask you for more details: on the design, the size, the materials, potential deadline, your budget... So bear with us! During this exchange, we may also share sketches with you, depending on your design request.

3. Once we've agreed on the design, we will work out your initial quote and discuss this further if needed.

4. 50% deposit payment will be required once we agreed on the price quote.

5. Once deposit payment has been received, the production process will start, taking anytime between 3 and 15 weeks (depending on agreed deadline).

6. Remaining balance to pay and delivery of your piece, for you to enjoy for years to come :)

How can I find out my ring size?

Remember each finger, on either hand, will be a different size. Make sure you measure for the specific finger you envisage wearing your ring on! And please ensure you measure as accurately as possible, to avoid disappointments.

Ring sizes differ between countries - if you already know your size but need to do an international conversion use a table similar to this.

If you don't know your size you could either try this method or purchase a ring sizer.

Last option, you can also go to any jewellery store and ask for your finger to be sized.
