Queenie

We originally called this one the Shield ring. Its solidity seems protective somehow.
It is indeed a ring fit for a sovereign Queen, holding a powerful energy in its core.
The ring has been hewn and formed from a block of wax, which was then cast via the ancient lost wax technique, to be replaced by solid metal.
This piece is a real fusion of ancient and present - celebrating the unbroken thread of human experience and connection throughout time in its design and technique.

This particular Queenie ring features a geniune, natural malachite gemstone slice full of rich, swirling greens.
Malachite is said to encourage change and taking some risks or chances - it is a stone of transformation but also self reflection.
