Stone of Venus

A few years ago we went to a gemstone show and stumbled upon beautiful Lapis Lazuli cabochons. We looked a little into the history of this deep blue gem, with yellow and gold freckles, and found that the Roman called it "Stone of Venus". It was considered an aphrodisiac and a talisman of love. We're all about hidden meanings and romantic symbols. So we created this cute relic-like pendant, with a golden lacey frame sourrounding the precious gem, complimenting its freckles.

-Sterling Silver, partially gold plated

-Fine cable chain, total length approx. 48cm (including clasp)

Jewellery care:

Gold plating is not eternal and with time, your jewellery piece will go back to silver. In order to preserve the gold colour as long as possible, make sure to remove your jewellery when showering and avoid contact with perfumes and lotions.
